Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery – New York

Start Date: February 22, 2026

Location: Troy, New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every other weekend | Holiday coverage discussed upon hire

Highlights:

LDRP model with special care nursery – Level 1 designation
Full-spectrum maternal newborn care from labor through postpartum recovery
Opportunity to work in OR setting and function as baby RN
Comprehensive patient care including fetal monitoring, medication administration, and family education
Supportive alignment with Level 3 perinatal services for complex cases

Requirements:

Current New York RN license
ACLS, BLS, NRP, and C-EFM certifications required
Minimum 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
Comfort with OR setting and neonatal resuscitation
