Start Date: February 24, 2026
Location: Vero Beach, Florida
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 hours per week (3x12 shifts) or 40 hours per week (8/10 shifts); rotating weekends included

• Progressive Care Unit role at a 332-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital
• Epic charting system – experience level 3 or 4 required
• Float flexibility within three hospital locations (all within 20-mile radius)
• Familiarity with cardiac drips and telemetry management required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years PCU experience required; ICU experience also required
• Active RN license (pending licenses accepted)
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification (must have at time of submission)
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start date)
• Epic charting proficiency at level 3 or 4
• Strong telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
• Experience with cardiac drip management, central line care, blood product administration, and non-invasive airway management
• Must be nicotine-free – 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine) test required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must pass EKG and Pharmacy tests during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
