Location: West Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, choice of 3x12 or 4x12 schedule, includes 3 weekend shifts per 4-week period

Highlights:

• 34-bed medical/surgical unit with telemetry capabilities serving adult patient population
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-7, with acuity-based assignment system
• 13-week contract with possible extension opportunities
• Cerner EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
• 12 hours of paid orientation with clinical nurse coordinators providing leadership on every shift
• Dynamic care environment treating a wide range of acute medical conditions

Requirements:

• Active West Virginia or Compact State RN license (pending license acceptable)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (American Heart Association certifications required)
• Experience with telemetry, remote monitoring, central line management, wound care, chest tubes, tracheostomy care, and various acute care procedures
• Two professional references from managers or charge nurses within the past 2 years
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Reliable attendance record and commitment to professional accountability
