Start Date: February 16, 2026
Location: Rochester, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day or night shift available; 6:1 patient ratio; every other weekend required

Highlights:

• 19-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit serving patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, and requiring medical-surgical care
• Work with mechanical lifts, Sara Steady devices, Baxter pumps, and Kangaroo pumps
• Meditech EMR system in use
• Collaborative team environment with charge nurse, RNs, and CNAs per shift
• Opportunity to float to CCU, Medical-Surgical, and Emergency departments for additional experience
• Plain-colored scrubs dress code

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong rehabilitation and medical-surgical nursing experience required
• IV therapy experience required
• Wound care, stroke care, and traumatic brain injury experience strongly preferred
• Flexible, kind, and detail-oriented personality with strong teamwork skills
