Location: Bowling Green, Kentucky
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time; 4-week scheduling blocks; 4 weekend shifts per month required

Highlights:

• Work in Orthopedic or Medical-Surgical units with 30 and 37 beds respectively
• Patient ratio typically 6:1 with support from PCTs, SNEs, and unit secretaries during day shifts
• Documentation via Meditech EMR system
• Flexibility to float to inpatient units and assist with tasks in CCU and ED as needed
• Collaborative team environment focused on patient-centered care
• All experience levels welcome to apply

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to manage patient load effectively and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
