Location: Salem, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required, 5-7:1 patient ratio

Highlights:

• Work in a 35-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit focused on patient functional recovery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiatrist, Physician Assistant, and Neuropsychologist
• Comprehensive scope of practice including IV medication administration, PICC line care, trach care, tube feeding, blood administration, and more
• Supportive staffing structure with multiple techs per census and unit secretary support
• Meditech EMR system
• May float to other Med/Surg departments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting required
• Med/Surg or PCU experience required
• Active Virginia RN license or Compact license at time of submission
• Current BLS certification required
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
