Schedule: 5-6 patient ratio, 4 weekend days required per month

• Bladder challenges and vaginal packing procedures performed on unit
• Floating policy as needed based on hospital needs

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Virginia or compact state eligibility
• Medical/Surgical background required
• Experience with patient experience standards including whiteboard documentation, bedside shift reports, and hourly safety rounds
• Proficiency with Meditech or similar electronic health record systems
• Navy blue uniform required (adherence to facility dress code)
