Schedule: Day shift with on-call coverage for after hours and weekends; call rotation dependent on department staffing availability

Requirements:

• Active Virginia state license as a Certified Surgical Assistant (required, not negotiable)
• Certification as a Surgical Assistant (CSA)
• Experience in orthopedic, spine, and/or bariatric surgical procedures preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with an easy-going, collaborative attitude
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to varying surgical cases
