Location: Rural West Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 night shifts (19:00-07:00), every other weekend, holidays required, up to 48 hours of mandatory on-call per schedule

• Small LDRP unit offering Level 1 perinatal and nursery services with approximately 13 deliveries per month
• Comprehensive care including triage, labor and delivery, routine postpartum/newborn care, and antenatal testing
• Full interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and social services
• First-time travelers welcome with 1.5+ years of experience
• Six room unit with 7 beds serving low and high-risk obstetrical patients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Active RN license: West Virginia or Compact state (pending license acceptable)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (American Heart Association), NRP
• Preferred certification: STABLE
• Must reside at least 75 miles from facility location
• Proficiency in triage, labor and delivery, and routine postpartum/newborn care
• Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills
• Minimum of 2 manager or charge nurse references from past 2 years
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
