Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Highlights:

• Work with a specialized acute inpatient rehabilitation population including brain injury, spinal cord injury, and oncology patients
• Manageable 1:5 patient ratio on night shift
• 31-bed unit with 24 average daily census, including 3 high-acuity rehab beds with telemetry monitoring
• EPIC charting system with robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
• Modern equipment including ceiling lifts and stand assist devices
• 36-hour structured orientation program

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Proficiency in IV starts, patient monitoring, medication administration, and patient education
• Valid compact or Ohio state RN license in hand at time of application
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Ability to float to different units within the organization as needed
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director
