Schedule: Every other weekend required; floating within facility and to nearby campus as needed; no call required

• Maximum 7 days of requested time off during assignment period

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact State respiratory therapy license
• Current RRT or CRT certification (CRT candidates must have critical care experience and 5+ years as a therapist)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP and PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic charting system required
• Strong skills in ABG interpretation, mechanical ventilation management, airway management, and high flow nasal cannula
• Experience with CPAP/BiPAP, ventilator weaning, and troubleshooting ventilator alarms
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) required at time of application
