Location: Stuart, Florida

Schedule: 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts); guaranteed hours; float required to all three campuses within a 20-mile radius to meet facility needs

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start date
• 1-2 years of Open Heart ICU experience with ventilator management required; 18 months minimum, 2 years preferred
• Experience with Swan-Ganz catheters, IABP, Impella, hemodynamics, and post-cardiac surgery recovery
• Proficiency in EPIC or comparable electronic medical record system
• Skills required: dysrhythmia interpretation and management, multisystem organ dysfunction/failure management, arterial and central line management, continuous IV sedation, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, ventilated patient care, ABG interpretation, BiPAP/CPAP management, and isolation precautions
• Two references from direct supervisor, manager, or director required
• Must pass EKG and Pharm tests during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine/cotinine test required within 12 months of start (nicotine-free facility)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
