Location: Kentucky
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 48 hours per week, night shift, 6-week assignment

Highlights:

• Care for critically ill young adult, adult, and elderly patients utilizing advanced critical care skills
• Manage airway management, cardiac monitoring, invasive monitoring, and specialized IV drips and titration
• Provide post-operative vascular surgery care, neurological care, and support for continuous renal replacement therapy
• Utilize specialized equipment including central venous catheter care, sedation management, and transfusion therapy
• Participate in Code Blue response and specialized procedures requiring advanced critical care competencies
• Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient populations and complex case mix

Requirements:

• Current RN license required
• Minimum 5 years of critical care nursing experience
• ACLS certification required within 90 days (must be completed prior to completion of orientation)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire (must be completed prior to completion of orientation)
• EKG proficiency and FIT Test completion required
• Travel nursing experience required
• TNCC certification preferred
