Schedule: On-call 8–10 days per month; 30-minute response time required

• Work with cutting-edge minimally invasive interventional techniques that are revolutionizing patient care
• Diverse case mix including heart caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR, and interventional radiology procedures
• Serve as first point of contact for referrals and patients, performing initial assessments and examinations
• Collaborative role attending patient consultations and making clinical recommendations under radiologist guidance
• Active involvement in daily rounds and patient progress communication with medical staff
• Opportunity to contribute to improved patient outcomes including decreased recovery times, reduced costs, and shorter hospital stays

Requirements:

• Active ARRT certification (RCIS not accepted)
• Valid Illinois state license
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Demonstrated experience with heart caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR, and interventional radiology cases
• COVID and Flu vaccination required (no declinations approved)
• Current resume with all facilities listed
• Discipline-specific skills checklist (less than one year old)
• Two supervisory references completed within the last year
