Start Date: February 16, 2026

Location: Brownsville, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day and night shifts available; minimum 6 weekend shifts per month (Friday-Sunday). Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity.

Highlights:

• 10-bed NICU with an additional 8-bed step-down unit
• Level III-IV NICU experience with complex case mix including high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, SiPAP, central lines, and ventilator support
• EMR system: CPN/Meditech
• Collaborative team environment with charge nurse and up to 4 RNs per shift
• Opportunity to work with advanced neonatal equipment including HFOV, HFNC, feeding and IV pumps
• May float to newborn nursery as needed

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 4 years of NICU experience (Level III-IV preferred)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• STABLE certification required
• Experience with high-acuity neonatal patients and advanced life support equipment
