Location: Webster, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift, 1:1 patient ratio, on-call averaging 4–5 days per month with one weekend per month

Highlights:

• 3-room cardiovascular operating suite specializing in open heart and vascular procedures
• Fast-paced surgical environment with a collaborative team of 26 RNs and Surgical Technologists
• Case mix includes CABG, valve replacement, carotid endarterectomy, ECMO, angiograms, fistula procedures, and lower extremity bypass
• EMR system: Meditech
• Day shift positions with skill-mixed staffing model (4 RNs and 4 STs daily)
• Opportunity to float to main OR for additional experience

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Operating room experience required
• Open heart and vascular surgery experience required
• Candidates with combined open heart and vascular experience will be prioritized
