Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4-week scheduling periods; 3-4 weekend shifts required per period; 2:1 patient ratio; 32-bed CCU

Highlights:

• Specialized cardiogenic shock program with 12 dedicated beds and specialized providers
• Advanced critical care including PA catheter/hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, and CRRT
• Hands-on experience with central lines, Swan insertions, and intubations
• State-of-the-art Hill-Rom beds and Phillips telemetry monitoring
• Supportive team environment with student nurse externs and unit secretaries
• Nurse Practice Council participation and Daisy Award recognition program

Requirements:

• Current RN license eligible for Tennessee practice
• Cardiac experience required
• Strong critical care experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with advanced cardiac support devices (PA catheters, IABP, Impella) preferred
• CRRT experience preferred
