Location: Remote – Work from anywhere within the United States

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours may be required to meet business needs, including occasional evenings and weekends)

Requirements:

• CDIP (Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner) or CCDS (Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist) certification required
• One of the following credentials: RHIT, RHIA, RN, RRT, CCS, CCS-P, or Medical Degree (MD/DO, International or Domestic)
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist
• At least 12 months of recent production-level experience in the ICDI role
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
