Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: Newberg, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Block scheduling available; 1:1 patient ratio; on-call 1 weekend every 5-6 weeks and 1 weeknight per week with 30-minute response time

Highlights:

• Work in a 60-bed Short Term Acute Care facility with Level IV Trauma Center designation
• 3 operating rooms with diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, plastics, and podiatry
• Epic charting system experience required
• Minimum 1-year contract; scrub experience helpful but not required
• Float opportunities to regional facilities with mileage reimbursement and incentive pay for certain locations
• 20 hours of orientation with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, respiratory services, radiology, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

• Active Oregon RN license (or compact state license with ability to obtain Oregon license)
• Minimum 1 year of OR circulating experience
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with general OR procedures including endoscopic, orthopedic, gynecological, and general surgery cases
• Reliable personal vehicle required for this assignment
• 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility
