Description
Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Block scheduling with variable shifts; generally every other weekend required; 24-hour orientation provided

- PICU/NICU-focused respiratory care with diverse patient population from neonates through adolescents

- Advanced equipment including Draeger V800/VN800 ventilators, LTV 1200, Optiflow Jr, and Airvo 2 systems
- No floating between units; no on-call requirements

Requirements:
- Current RRT certification and active state license (Compact license accepted)
- BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- PICU/NICU experience required
- Level II Trauma Center experience required; Level I experience preferred
- Proficiency in pediatric critical care skills including ventilator management, airway management, high-flow oxygen delivery, BiPAP/CPAP, and tracheostomy care
- Two supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
