Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Michigan

Start Date: March 2, 2026

Location: Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend required; no call

Highlights:

Emergency Department setting with diverse case mix including acute and non-acute patients
Utilize advanced clinical skills including triage, patient assessment, and emergency procedures
Work with sophisticated medical equipment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive emergency care
Travel nursing experience highly preferred for this assignment
Candidates must reside outside 100-mile radius from facility

Requirements:

Active Michigan Registered Nurse license (verified via LARA and/or Nursys)
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
Current Skills Checklist pertinent to Emergency Department (within 1 year)
Two supervisory reference forms from within the last two years
Active American Heart Association BLS certification
Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
Active American Heart Association PALS certification
Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
Travel nursing experience strongly preferred
