Description
Start Date: March 9, 2026
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day/Evening shifts, Monday through Friday, 8-10 hour shifts between 0700-2000 and 0500-2030. Call may be required 1-3 weeknights per month and 1-3 weekends during the 13-week contract (off-hours 2000-0700).

- Work in a state-of-the-art facility with 48 pre/post-op rooms and a 14-bay PACU recovery unit
- Diverse surgical specialties including bariatric, orthopedic, spine, general surgery, and sports medicine
- Epic EMR system with telemetry monitoring capabilities
- Patient ratios of 1:2 in PACU and 1:3 in Pre/Post areas
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

Requirements:
- Active Wisconsin RN license or compact license from permanent address state (must be in hand at submittal)
- Minimum two years of acute care experience within the last three years, including PACU/Recovery Room experience
- Pre-op and Phase II Post-op RN experience required
- Epic EMR experience required, preferably within the last 12 months
- Basic Arrhythmia experience and ability to pass telemetry exam prior to start (strict passing criteria apply)
- BLS and ACLS certifications through American Heart Association only
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility
