Location: Springfield, Vermont

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday coverage as required. 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio on adaptive acuity unit. Occasional PCU assignments at 3:1 ratio. Overtime available at regular rate. Holiday multiplier: 1.25%

Requirements:

• Vermont RN license or active Compact license
• Current BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) certifications
• Minimum 2+ years of current Med/Surg and Telemetry experience
• Charge nurse experience required
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience strongly required
• Drip experience required
• ICU experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 months of previous travel experience (non-negotiable)
• Small critical access facility experience preferred
• Current Med/Surg, Telemetry, and PCU skills checklists (within 1 year)
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Willingness to float within scope of practice
