Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend; call required; holiday coverage as assigned

Highlights:

• Level 3 NICU Regional Transport Center specializing in high-acuity neonatal care
• Manage advanced respiratory modalities including bubble CPAP, conventional ventilation, oscillators, and nitric oxide therapy
• Attend high-risk deliveries, perform capillary blood gases, and draw from lines
• Work with industry-standard equipment: Draeger, Servo I, Viasys Vela, Sensormedic Oscillator, and Viasys Avea ventilators
• Epic EMR and Pyxis medication systems
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off; 48 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Valid Georgia state or Compact Respiratory Therapy license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, RRT, and PALS
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level 3 NICU or higher (first-time travelers accepted)
• Two supervisory references required (Manager level or above)
• Full compliance required to start on time; non-compliance may result in a 2-week delay
• Must be available to complete core items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
