Schedule: Full-time supervisory role with direct technical responsibilities

Highlights:

• Supervisory leadership role overseeing all Cytology Section functions
• Hands-on technical work including ThinPrep screening, GYN and Non-GYN specimens, FNA, and stat reads
• Automated-assisted PAP screening utilizing current technology platforms
• Collaborative environment working alongside Laboratory Medical Directors and pathologist group
• Responsibility for planning, coordinating, staffing, and technical operations of the section
• Diverse case mix involving specimens from multiple anatomic sites

Requirements:

• Appropriate certification and licensure for Cytotechnologist role (CT(ASCP) or equivalent preferred)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in cytology strongly preferred
• Proficiency in ThinPrep methodology and automated PAP screening systems
• Experience with GYN, Non-GYN, FNA, and stat cytology procedures
• Strong technical, organizational, and team leadership skills
