Start Date: March 3, 2026
Location: Somerville, New Jersey
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 13-week assignment. On-call requirement: one 8.5-hour day per week and one 24-hour weekend shift every 5 weeks. Approximately 15 patient visits per day.

Highlights:

• Work with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department populations across multiple age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform full spectrum of MRI studies on two scanners in a hospital setting (cardiac MRI not performed on site)
• GE equipment preferred – GE 450W and GE Signa Excite platforms
• EPIC charting system utilized
• First-time travelers welcome with appropriate acute care experience
• Professional environment with black scrubs dress code

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years acute care MRI experience required (1.5 years accepted if candidate has GE equipment experience)
• Active New Jersey state license or Compact license required at time of submission
• ARRT(R)(MR) certification required, or ARMRIT with successful completion of ARRT examination
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to perform full spectrum of MRI procedures including brain, spine, musculoskeletal, body imaging, angiography, and advanced techniques
• Experience with image post-processing, contrast administration, and peripheral IV placement
• Must be available to work 2 of 3 major holidays during assignment period
• Willingness to float within skillset as needed
