Start Date: March 16, 2026 (orientations every other Monday)

Location: Charleston, West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4x10 days, Monday-Friday, typically 7:30am-6:00pm with on-call rotation. Every third weekend required (5-6 total weekends per contract). On-call approximately 8 days per month including 1 weekend with 30-minute response time. 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Highlights:

• Work in an advanced interventional vascular radiology suite performing peripheral angiography/venography with intervention, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid stenting, neuro-intervention including acute stroke, and embolization procedures
• Average daily census of 7-10 patients in a Level IV Trauma Center and major teaching hospital with 838 staffed beds
• Siemens fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment; Cerner charting system; PACS experience utilized
• Flexible scheduling with ability to accommodate blocked schedule requests within reason
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience required
• Free parking provided for travel staff

Requirements:

• ARRT certification required; West Virginia State License required (may submit pending but must be active prior to start)
• BLS certification required (must be American Heart Association); Vascular Intervention certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience; previous charge experience required
• Proficiency with fluoroscopy, PACS, EKG lead placement, sterile technique, and vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose)
• Experience with equipment set up, accurate patient monitoring, room circulating, scrubbing/maintaining sterile field, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility (75-99 miles considered on case-by-case basis)
• Flu vaccination required during flu season (October 1 - March 31) unless medical exemption provided
• Minimum 2 manager or charge references within past 2 years required
