Start Date: March 16, 2026
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 hours per week | Every 3rd weekend

Highlights:

Adolescent behavioral health and psychiatric specialty unit with 21 beds
Structured staffing model: 2-3 RNs supported by 2 Mental Health Technicians and 1 Patient Care Assistant per shift
Cerner EMR system for streamlined documentation
No on-call requirements
Long-term contract with a nationally recognized behavioral health facility
Opportunity to work with acute psychiatric patients in a supportive, mission-driven environment

Requirements:

Active RN license in Kentucky (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of behavioral health nursing experience required
Current BLS certification
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Strong de-escalation and crisis intervention skills
