Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other to third weekend required

Highlights:

• 22-bed Progressive Care Unit specializing in burn care, plastic/reconstructive surgery, urology, GYN, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial procedures
• Specialized nursing interventions including burn dressings, flap checks, and leech therapy
• Average daily census of 20 patients with a 4–5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• EPIC documentation system with full interdisciplinary support including IV/pharmacy, respiratory, PT, social work, and rapid response teams
• Teaching hospital environment with opportunities for professional growth
• 24 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience with similar patient populations
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Previous charge RN experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Willingness to float to other units within the organization as needed
• 2 professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
