Description
Start Date: March 16, 2026
Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Weekends required; no on-call responsibilities
Highlights:
- Diverse surgical case mix including general surgery, urology, orthopedic, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, advanced ENT, and spine procedures
- Both scrub and circulating responsibilities required
- Scrubs provided by facility
- Block scheduling requests considered with approval at time of submittal
- Local candidates accepted
- Floating within skillset may be required based on facility needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of OR nursing experience
- Active New Jersey state or compact nursing license required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- IV Certification required
- PALS and CNOR certifications preferred
- Must be competent in both scrubbing and circulating roles
- Availability to work weekends
- Clean background check and license verification
