Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 13-16 week contract with variable day and night shifts. Float between Oncology MS and PCU units as needed. Nurse to patient ratios: 1:3 for PCU, 1:4-5 for MS.

• 72 hours of orientation to ensure successful onboarding
• Full interdisciplinary support including rapid response teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and specialty consultations

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license (Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience; at least 1 year of current specialty experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Oncology experience preferred but not required
• Competency in MS/Telemetry, PCU, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV therapy, blood product administration, and advanced respiratory management
• Experience with central lines, PICC lines, PCA, feeding tubes, and hemodialysis management
• Education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Two professional references required (one from manager/director or formal leadership)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon contract signing
