Location: Vero Beach, Florida

Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week (3x12-hour shifts); weekend coverage required; float capability to multiple campuses within a 20-mile radius

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit experience required
• Current RN license for Florida (pending licenses accepted)
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start date
• Epic charting experience strongly preferred (proficiency level 3 or 4 required)
• Competency in managing cardiac drips without titration and interpreting basic arrhythmias
• Experience with central line management, blood product administration, and isolation precautions
• Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel drug screen plus cotinine test required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two direct supervisor references required
• Successful completion of EKG and pharmacology tests during orientation (two attempts maximum)
