Location: Hood River, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend required; flexibility to float between units as needed

Highlights:

• 26-week contract at a Critical Access Hospital with Level III Trauma Center designation
• Low-risk perinatal care with Level 1 Nursery; daily census of 2–5 patients
• Patient ratios follow AWHONN staffing standards: 1:1 active labor, 1:3 postpartum
• Epic charting system; 36 hours of orientation provided
• First-time travelers welcome; 2-year LDRP experience preferred
• Opportunity to float across multiple facility locations based on unit needs and skill set

Requirements:

• Active or pending Oregon RN license
• Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience preferred; 1 year required
• Current BLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications
• Proficiency in Non-Stress Tests, triage of obstetrical patients, external fetal monitoring, and recognition and treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
• Experience with Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Pitocin administration, sterile vaginal exams, and epidural anesthesia support
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Reliable personal vehicle required for this assignment
• Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
