Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts with call coverage (2–8 hour call shifts every 4 weeks; 30-minute response time required)

• Deliver individualized, holistic care to patients and families in OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery settings
• Utilize the full nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care

Requirements:

• Active California RN license
• Current CPR and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications
• Minimum of 3 years recent RN experience in a clinical role
• At least 2 years recent experience in OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery specialty areas
• Demonstrated competency in nursing process, patient advocacy, delegation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication and documentation skills
