Schedule: NOC shifts; includes vaginal and c-section deliveries

Highlights:

• Provide holistic, individualized care to obstetric patients and their families during labor and delivery
• Work in a collaborative environment supporting NOC shift operations with both vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mother-baby couplets
• Serve as patient advocate while coordinating care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Current California RN license
• CPR, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of recent specialty area experience; OB and Labor & Delivery experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for complex clinical situations
• Ability to delegate and coordinate care appropriately within scope of practice
