Description
Start Date: March 11, 2026
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM with call and weekend rotation
Highlights:
- Work with 3 Cath Lab rooms performing a diverse case mix including complex PCI, structural heart procedures, TAVR, and interventional procedures
- 40-hour work week with Monday through Friday schedule and minimal weekend call (one weekend per 4-week schedule)
- Epic and MAC Lab charting systems in a modern, well-equipped environment
- 13-week assignment with first-time travelers welcome
- Scrubs provided; minimal floating required (primarily to EP if needed)
- Strong procedural exposure including balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, and Rotablader
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications
- Must hold at least one: RCIS OR ARRT certification
- North Carolina or Compact state license required at start
- Proficiency in scrubbing, monitoring, PA lines, telemetry, and structural heart/TAVR procedures
- Experience with balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterization, and Rotablader
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Circulating experience, IV starts, and conscious sedation
- Exposure to Watchman procedures, septal closure, ablations, coil embolization, and filter placement
- Rhythm interpretation and EKG experience
