Highlights:

• Critical care position in a 10-bed ICU with a mix of ICU and medical-surgical patients
• Opportunity to work with complex patient populations including trach and vent management
• Long-term acute care (LTACH) setting focusing on advanced wound care and critical interventions
• Float opportunities to LTAC unit based on facility census
• New and expanded service line with multiple positions available
• Hands-on experience with ventilators, IABP, and advanced life support equipment

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in LTACH, trach and vent management, and wound care
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for acute patient care
• Ability to respond effectively to life-saving situations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
