Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation; on-call seldom required

Highlights:

• 15-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility focused on post-acute recovery and functional restoration
• Patient ratios of 5:1, maximum 6:1 for quality, hands-on patient care
• Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge nurses, RNs, and CNAs on every shift
• EMR system: Meditech and Pyxis for medication management
• Work with specialized rehabilitation equipment including transfer devices, bladder scanners, and EKG
• Two positions available for immediate start

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas (or compact state eligibility)
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with EMR systems required
• Strong patient transfer skills and training
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Experience with rehabilitation scoring documentation is a plus
• Willingness to float to Med-Surge, Tele, Renal, Urology, Orthopedic, and overflow units (ICU excluded)
