Description
Start Date: February 23, 2026
Location: Houston, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day and night shifts available; 2:1 and 1:1 patient ratios; minimum of 4 weekend shifts per month
Highlights:
- 22-bed Cardiovascular ICU in a progressive South Tower facility
- Advanced equipment including vents, CRRT, Impella, and ECMO
- Meditech Expanse EMR system
- Typical procedures include intubation and cannulation
- Day shift staffing averages 14 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Tech
- Float coverage to CVIMU and Medical IMU as needed
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Texas
- Current CVICU experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Impella and ECMO experience strongly preferred
- Royal blue scrubs required
