Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: Bossier City, Louisiana
Compensation: $55/hour
Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Highlights:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory procedures across multiple departments including Blood Banking, Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and Urinalysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution (or equivalent as defined by CLIA regulation 42CFR493.1489)
• Active certification as MT, MLS, CLS, or MLT from ASCP, AMT, AAB, or HEW/HHS (must be maintained if certification has expiration date)
• Current Louisiana State Licensure required
• No experience required for graduates of NAACLS-approved programs OR one year of approved clinical laboratory experience including rotations through Blood Banking, Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and Urinalysis/Body Fluids within the last 5 years
• New graduates who are board certified or board eligible must complete certification within 1 year of hire
