Start Date: March 16, 2026
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday with rotating weekend coverage (every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule). Shift times vary between 0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630, or 0830-1700.

• Epic EMR system utilized throughout the facility
• 13-week assignment with guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period
• Manage diverse patient populations across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Float within case management services to provide coverage where needed

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license required (pending licenses will be screened but license must be in hand for offer)
• BLS certification required
• ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care hospital setting required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Acute care experience required (behavioral health experience does not qualify)
• Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and Milliman Guidelines preferred
• Microsoft Office/Teams experience preferred
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• Minimum 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
