Start Date: March 4, 2026
Location: Rochester, Minnesota
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, every other weekend rotation

Highlights:

• Work across multiple hospital campuses including general patient care areas, pediatrics, Emergency Department, Intensive Care Units, and Operating Rooms
• Perform a variety of phlebotomy methods including capillary, venous, assisted line, and arterial collections across all age groups
• Utilize Point of Care testing equipment and multiple computer systems
• Fast-paced, dynamic environment with opportunities to respond to medical emergencies
• Training and mentorship opportunities with students and new employees
• 14 months to obtain national phlebotomy certification after hire date

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Graduate of a Phlebotomy training program with clinical rotation OR three months of phlebotomy experience
• National Phlebotomy certification (NHA, ASCP, or equivalent) must be obtained within 14 months of hire
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to push a cart and walk distances throughout the shift
