Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend required; 24-hour orientation provided; scattered bed unit supervision across swing bed, detox, and medical patients

Highlights:

• 25-bed facility with average daily census of 19 patients across multiple service lines
• Diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Manage patients with CHF, pneumonia, COPD, syncope, diverticulitis, cellulitis, and withdrawal protocols
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
• Pre-start modules billable up to 5 hours

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license required at time of submission
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of House Supervisor or RN Manager experience required
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• EPIC charting system experience is mandatory
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
• Skills required: inpatient acute care, code management, crisis intervention, rapid response team coordination, discharge planning, sentinel event monitoring and reporting, regulatory compliance knowledge including DPH, TJC, and OSHA standards
• Maximum 10 days of requested time off during contract
