Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Cardiology Unit – Connecticut

Start Date: February 23, 2026
Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, every other weekend

Highlights:

Medical cardiology unit specializing in cardiac patient care
12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation
Experience with post-cardiac procedures and cardiac drips preferred
Opportunity to work with a dedicated cardiology team
NIHSS stroke scale certification preferred for comprehensive patient assessment

Requirements:

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state eligibility
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification preferred
Experience with post-cardiac procedures and cardiac drip management preferred
Medical cardiology nursing experience strongly preferred
