Description
Start Date: February 9, 2026
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with weekend and call responsibilities; 36 guaranteed hours per week
Highlights:
- 24-week assignment in a well-established Non-Invasive Cardiology/Cardiac Ultrasound unit
- Perform 75–80 echocardiograms per day, primarily portable studies
- Work with modern Philips IE33 and Epiq CVX ultrasound equipment
- Documentation via Meditech EMR system
- Floating required as needed per facility policy

Requirements:
- Active RCS or RDCS certification through ARDMS (required)
- Current BLS certification
- 2+ years of hospital-based echocardiography experience
- Ability to complete echocardiograms independently
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and disease processes
- Preferred: Experience with TEE, stress echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, and Meditech EMR
