Start Date: March 9, 2026
Location: San Diego, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM), with variable on-call approximately 1 shift per two-week pay period

• Level I or Level II Trauma Center operating room environment with 24/7 emergency case support
• Charge nurse role focused on coordinating cases, managing staffing, and supporting the surgical team rather than direct case assignment
• All types of surgical cases including trauma, with responsibility for case coordination, setup, and anesthesia support

Requirements:

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room circulating experience
• Demonstrated OR Charge RN experience managing the board and coordinating surgical operations
• Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience required
• Travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• At least 2 years of recent specialty experience in operating room setting
• Completion of OR-specific skills questionnaire required with application
