Start Date: March 9, 2026
Location: Fayetteville, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 3:1 patient ratios; every other weekend required; no call

Highlights:

• ICU/IMCU patient population including pneumonia, sepsis, pancreatitis, general and orthopedic surgeries, COPD, GI conditions, and sickle cell crisis
• Must be willing to float between ICU and Intermediate Care units within facility and scope of practice
• Epic charting system utilized throughout facility
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of experience
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off available during assignment
• Local candidates accepted at same rate

Requirements:

• Current Georgia or Compact State RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of critical care nursing experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with 3-4:1 patient ratios preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital and/or Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Core skills: management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, suctioning, and isolation precautions
• Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred at time of submission

• Holiday requirement: Expected to work major holidays that fall during assignment period per facility policy

• Clinical screening conducted on case-by-case basis to ensure clinical fit
