Requirements:

• Active Illinois RN license (verified through Nursys)
• Minimum 3 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
• ACLS certification through American Heart Association (required within 30 days of start date)
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility location
• Current Med/Surg skills checklist (within past year)
• Two supervisory references with employment dates
