Location: Western Massachusetts

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Standard schedule with holiday rotation; no on-call required

Highlights:

• Expert-level role providing assessment, treatment, consultation, and leadership in lactation management
• Serve both inpatient and outpatient populations with advanced lactation support needs
• Formulate interdisciplinary care plans and collaborate with clinical teams
• Meditech Expanse EMR system in use (experience strongly preferred)
• 8-hour non-billable orientation provided
• Holiday and overtime multipliers available at 1.25%

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts state license (RN, OT, PT, SLP, or Pharmacist)
• International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification with 1+ year of experience
• Minimum of 2,500 documented hours as a breastfeeding consultant
• Experience with inpatient lactation programs
• Outpatient prenatal and postpartum lactation education, consultation, or teaching experience
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Personal vehicle required for assignment
• All certifications and licenses must be active and current at time of application
