Schedule: 5x8 schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Experience in family care clinic, internal medicine, or urgent care settings required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in interpretation of lab results, medication reconciliation, patient assessments, and vital signs
• Experience with dressing changes, aseptic/sterile procedure tray setup, and specimen collection (capillary, throat, urine, venipuncture/phlebotomy)
• Strong telephone triage and pharmacy refill request management skills
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• 2 professional references required (at least 1 from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
